Frequently asked questions
Q. Workouts aren't being saved to Apple Health.
A. Make sure "Save to Health" is ON in the preset's edit screen. On the first save, iOS / watchOS will prompt for HealthKit write permission. You can check or change permission under iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Round. The App does not read from HealthKit.
Q. Presets or history aren't syncing with Apple Watch.
A. Confirm that the iPhone and Apple Watch are paired to the same Apple ID and that Round is up to date on both devices. Sync uses Apple's WatchConnectivity and may take a moment — keeping the app open for a while can help. If the problem persists, reinstall the Watch app.
Q. The home-screen widget isn't updating.
A. Widgets refresh on iOS's own schedule. Opening the App once pushes the latest snapshot to the widget via App Group.
Q. How do I delete presets or history?
A. Swipe to delete or use edit mode on each screen. To remove everything, uninstall Round from your iPhone — all data saved in SwiftData / UserDefaults / App Group will be deleted (data previously written to HealthKit remains on the Apple Health app side).
Q. Will my data carry over to a new device?
A. The App does not offer iCloud sync, so presets and history are not migrated when changing devices. We recommend backing up important configurations (e.g., via screenshots) beforehand.
